The eCommerce GPS Method™

What You'll Learn Inside The Masterclass

  1. Find where your revenue is actually getting stuck

Learn the major stages between visibility and purchase, and how to identify which one is restricting growth first.

  2. Know what to fix before spending another dollar

See why two stores with the same “low sales” problem can require completely different strategies — and why reasonable advice like “run more ads” or “improve your website” still fails when it's applied at the wrong time.

  3. Stop treating every problem as a marketing problem

Learn the difference between a tactic and a growth strategy, so you can stop chasing apps, hacks and random optimisations.

  4. Know when your store is actually ready to scale

Understand what needs to be working before you amplify with paid traffic. Instead of paying Meta to help you discover whether your funnel works, learn how to strengthen the system first.

  5. Make the next high-leverage move

You don't need to rebuild your entire store. You need the next move with the greatest chance of improving the constraint holding you back today.

Co-Founders, Traffic Ninjas

We've spent more than 15 years working in digital marketing, business consulting and eCommerce. Together we've helped more than 1,000 product brands across dozens of categories — from fashion and beauty to homewares, specialty foods, outdoor products, gifts and consumer goods. We didn't build this framework after succeeding with one store. It came from seeing the same growth problems repeatedly across hundreds of different businesses, and learning which decisions actually changed the result.

This Is For You If…

You have a real product business and feel like the online side should be further ahead.

  1. An established offline brand moving further into DTC

Customers already buy at markets, events, retail locations or through wholesale, but your own store hasn't caught up.

  2. An Etsy or Amazon seller wanting more control

The products sell, but you want stronger margins, direct customer relationships and a business you control.

  3. A Shopify founder already generating sales

You know the business works, but growth is inconsistent or profitability is weaker than it should be.

  4. A brand already spending on marketing

You've tried Meta, Google, influencers, content, agencies or email, but you're not confident the spend is going into the right part of the business.

  5. A founder who has hit a ceiling

What got the business this far is no longer getting it to the next level.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this only for Shopify?

No. Most of the examples use Shopify, but the underlying customer journey applies to major eCommerce platforms including WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace and others.

I'm already making sales. Is this too basic for me?

Probably not. The training is less about how to make your first sale and more about identifying what is restricting the next stage of growth. A store doing $3K/month can have a completely different bottleneck from one doing $30K/month.

What if most of my sales currently come from markets, Amazon, Etsy or wholesale?

That is exactly the kind of situation this masterclass is designed for. Your existing sales already prove customers want the product. The question becomes why your direct-to-consumer channel is underperforming.

Is this a dropshipping training?

It is not a dropshipping course, but dropshippers are welcome — how you fulfil an order is not what decides whether your store grows. What matters is that you are building one brand in one niche. If you are running a general store chasing whatever product is trending this month, this is not for you.

Will I need to spend money on ads?

No. In fact one of the main principles covered is knowing what should be working before you amplify with paid traffic.
