Where this usually starts

Krishea Was Doing $650 a Month.

Not $650 in profit. $650 in sales. She had a product she believed in, a store she'd built herself, and months of work behind her. Almost nothing to show for it.

What she was missing wasn't effort, and it wasn't another tactic. It was knowing which single thing to fix, and fixing that one before anything else.

Six months later she had a $105,000 month.

It wasn't a new product, a new platform, or a bigger ad budget.

Hold Fast Pro Shopify Analytics: $864,076.90 total, up 2.8K%. Flat near zero until early 2025, then repeated $100K months.

It was one change, made before any of those would have worked.

The eCommerce GPS Method™

What You'll Learn Inside The Masterclass

  1. Where your sales are actually getting stuck

Your store is losing sales at one point more than anywhere else, and it's usually not the one you're worried about. The eCommerce GPS Method™ finds yours.

  2. Why “just run more ads” hasn't worked for you yet

If your store isn't converting the visitors it already gets, more traffic only costs more money. Learn what has to be working first, so paid traffic amplifies a system instead of exposing one.

  3. The difference between a tactic and a strategy

A new app. A new platform. A new posting schedule. Learn how to tell an actual growth decision from another shiny thing to chase, so you can stop starting over every few weeks.

  4. What to do next when you can't afford to get it wrong

You don't need to rebuild your store or double your budget. Learn how to pick the one move with the best chance of shifting your number this month, with what you already have.

  5. What actually changes between $5K and $10K a month

The jump to consistent five-figure months is rarely about working harder than you already are. Learn what genuinely moves and what stays the same, so you know what you're aiming at.

We've spent more than 15 years working in digital marketing, business consulting and eCommerce. Together we've helped more than 1,000 product brands across dozens of categories, from fashion and beauty to homewares, specialty foods, outdoor products, gifts and consumer goods. We didn't build this framework after succeeding with one store. It came from seeing the same growth problems repeatedly across hundreds of different businesses, and learning which decisions actually changed the result.

This Is For You If…

You've got a real product business, and the online side should be a lot further along than it is.

  1. You're past the figuring-it-out phase

You've made sales, you know your way around the platform, and you're ready to treat this like a business rather than an experiment you're still running.

  2. You're stuck somewhere under $5K a month

Orders come in, just not enough of them, and never predictably. A consistent $10K month would change what this business is capable of.

  3. You've been spending on ads without much to show for it

Money goes out, clicks come in, sales happen occasionally. You genuinely don't know whether the answer is to spend more, spend differently, or stop.

  4. You've got a brand and products you actually believe in

This isn't a general store chasing whatever's trending this month. You chose these products, you stand behind them, and you'd back them against anything on the shelf.

  5. You're tired of chasing the next tactic

Another app, another hack, another course, another opinion. You want to know what to work on, in what order, and why that order. Not one more thing to try.

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm only doing a few thousand a month. Is this too advanced for me?

No. That's exactly who it's built for. The training isn't about making your first sale, it's about finding what's restricting your next stage of growth. A store doing $3K a month has a completely different bottleneck from one doing $30K, and you'll be working on yours, not somebody else's.

I've already spent money on ads and courses that didn't work. Why would this be different?

Because it doesn't start with a tactic. Most eCommerce advice fails not because it's wrong but because it's applied at the wrong time. “Run more ads” is good advice for a store that converts and expensive advice for one that doesn't. The masterclass is about working out which stage you're actually at, so the next thing you try is the right thing for your store right now.

Will I need to spend money on ads?

No. One of the main principles covered is knowing what should already be working before you amplify anything with paid traffic.

Is this a dropshipping or trending-products training?

No. It isn't a course about finding a hot product or a quick way to make money online, and if that's what you're after you'll be disappointed. It's for founders building one brand in one niche. How you fulfil an order isn't what decides whether your store grows, so dropshippers are genuinely welcome. A general store chasing whatever's trending this month is the one we can't help.

I don't have much time. How long is it, and when does it run?

It runs about two hours, and you choose the time that suits you when you register. Sessions run several times a week and times are shown in your timezone. You'll leave with your next move identified, not a forty-hour to-do list.

Will you try to sell me something?

Yes, at the end. We'd rather say so upfront. Most of the two hours is the training, and it stands on its own. If you'd rather take what you learn and run with it, do that. We don't chase anyone.

Is this only for Shopify?

No. Most of the examples use Shopify, but the underlying customer journey applies to the major eCommerce platforms including WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace and others.
